Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy proprietary software solutions across the firm.
- Build exchange-data decoders, instrument order-book normalizers, and applications supporting communication about executed trades.
- Research complex problems and use statistical analytics on large datasets.
- Advocate for technical solutions and communicate ideas clearly to the team.
- Collaborate with software developers, quantitative traders, researchers, and business analysts.
Requirements
- Be pursuing a bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD in computer science, electrical engineering, computer engineering, physics, mathematics, or a related science discipline.
- Have an expected graduation date between December 2027 and August 2028.
- Have exposure to network programming, multithreaded applications, computational intelligence, algorithms, real-time programming, or GUI programming.
- Understand object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithms.
- Demonstrate software development skills in C++, Python, Java, C#, or C.
- Show strong problem-solving, analytical reasoning, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Demonstrate eagerness to learn and apply new knowledge and technologies.
