Base Salary
$114k - $171k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement generative AI and agentic AI applications for enterprise controls technology.
- Architect context engineering strategies, including context layering, chaining, compression, pruning, offloading, and memory management.
- Build RAG systems with hybrid search, multi-vector retrieval, re-ranking, and Graph RAG architectures.
- Design knowledge graphs and multi-agent workflows using supervisor/worker, hierarchical, and peer-to-peer orchestration patterns.
- Develop agent harnesses with governance, constraints, feedback loops, state and session management, execution controls, isolation, and sandboxing.
- Integrate agents with tools and data through MCP and coordinate agents through the A2A protocol.
- Support production deployment, scalability, observability, maintainability, and real-time or streaming AI solutions.
- Apply responsible AI, guardrails, data privacy, compliance, and ethical AI practices.
- Mentor junior team members, conduct code reviews, and share knowledge with the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in AI or software development, including significant generative AI and agentic AI experience.
- Hands-on knowledge of foundation models, LLMs, embeddings, tokenization, context-window management, prompt engineering, and context engineering.
- Experience building RAG systems, knowledge graphs, Graph RAG pipelines, vector-database solutions, and embedding-model retrieval systems.
- Experience with Google ADK or comparable agent frameworks, multi-agent orchestration, tool and function calling, planning, memory, and agent harness engineering.
- Experience with MCP, A2A, agent observability, evaluation, tracing, and OpenTelemetry-based tooling.
- Proficiency with OpenAI, Gemini, and Claude APIs, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Python, NLP, data preprocessing, document ingestion, and API development.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and AWS or equivalent cloud infrastructure.
- Understanding of AI compliance, guardrails, responsible AI practices, data privacy, and production reliability.
- Demonstrated portfolio of successful AI-driven business projects and strong collaboration, communication, analytical, and mentoring skills.
