Base Salary
$177k - $365k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical roadmap for the performance marketing platform.
- Drive hands-on engineering across ad platform integrations and production systems.
- Design and evolve the measurement stack for attribution and conversion.
- Develop systems that automate and optimize bidding strategies.
- Drive cross-team technical initiatives and author design documents.
- Own system reliability and operational health for spend-critical systems.
- Collaborate with marketing, data science, and product partners.
- Mentor and develop engineers on the team.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience building and shipping backend systems.
- Strong understanding of paid media platforms and their APIs.
- Deep understanding of attribution methodologies and conversion optimization.
- Experience with near real-time systems for bidding and budget optimization.
- Strong proficiency in Python or Java/Scala, plus SQL.
- Strong systems design skills across distributed systems.
- Familiarity with ML infrastructure concepts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
