Responsibilities
- Architect and build robust AI systems end-to-end, from system design and core infrastructure through production deployment.
- Turn frontier AI capabilities into compelling products, owning implementation, UI/UX, and product design.
- Experiment with emerging AI research and approaches and translate them into working systems.
- Integrate LLMs, coding agents, automation, and parallel workflows deeply into the engineering process.
- Help develop new engineering methods from research through production while maintaining technical control and ownership.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to build and ship high-quality products or systems that operate reliably in production.
- Strong technical understanding and ownership while using AI-native, token-maximizing workflows.
- Ability to architect and build backend, full-stack, frontend, product, or AI systems.
- Interest in emerging AI research and experimenting with new approaches.
- Strong engineers across experience levels are welcome, including senior- and staff-level candidates.
- Exceptional builders and outlier candidates are encouraged to apply.
