Responsibilities
- Design governed development harnesses using hooks, skills, sub-agents, permissions, context, quality gates, and traceability.
- Define the intent-to-spec-to-plan-to-diff workflow with evaluations, tests, and human review controls.
- Architect multi-agent applications with LangGraph, including state, checkpointing, interrupts, orchestration, and MCP integration.
- Develop LangSmith evaluation strategies using golden datasets, pipeline gates, and regression testing.
- Manage agent observability, cost, and security, including prompt-injection defenses, guardrails, and AI Act considerations.
- Apply agentic harnesses to legacy-code migration, specification generation, and application regeneration.
- Create reference architectures and ADRs, mentor teams, and support presales engagements with client CTOs and architects.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering or architecture and 2+ years working with LLM systems in production.
- Experience configuring and governing coding agents such as Claude Code or Codex CLI for teams.
- Architectural expertise with LangGraph and LangChain, plus advanced Python skills.
- Experience designing MCP servers and permission models.
- Experience with LLM evaluations and observability using LangSmith, Langfuse, or an equivalent.
- Experience with frontier model APIs from Anthropic, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or Vertex and tool-use patterns.
- Enterprise architecture experience with Azure or GCP, Kubernetes or OpenShift, and CI/CD environments.
- Ability to engage CTOs and client architects, with professional English proficiency.
- Preferred experience with platform engineering, internal developer platforms, and agents in GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps pipelines.
- Preferred familiarity with OpenAI Agents SDK, Google ADK, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, vector stores, retrieval, and regulated environments.
