Base Salary
$197k - $246k/yr
Responsibilities
- Embed with customer engineering teams and lead technical discovery and solutioning.
- Own end-to-end integration and deployment of Deepgram’s voice AI platform, from scoping and architecture through go-live and optimization.
- Configure the platform for customer-specific menu structures, ordering flows, POS integrations, and operational edge cases.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in live deployments and serve as an escalation point.
- Build reusable deployment tools, playbooks, reference architectures, and technical building blocks.
- Translate deployment learnings into actionable requirements for Deepgram product and engineering teams.
Requirements
- Excellent software engineering skills with hands-on experience writing code, reading logs, and shipping fixes.
- Comfort working with APIs, SDKs, webhooks, cloud infrastructure, and customer technology stacks.
- Ability to build credibility with technical and non-technical customer stakeholders and operate effectively in ambiguity.
- Commitment to customer technical success, ownership, urgency, adaptability, and use of AI coding tools.
- Experience with voice AI, speech-to-text, NLP, or conversational AI systems is preferred.
- Experience in an early-stage startup or founder-led environment is preferred.
- Experience embedded within a large enterprise customer’s product deployment is preferred.
