Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies for cloud environments and Linux-based systems.
- Design and implement public/private key management and PKI for edge devices.
- Perform regular security audits, risk assessments, and penetration testing.
- Design and manage security protocols for edge devices.
- Stay updated on cybersecurity trends and apply knowledge to fortify defenses.
- Develop and enforce security policies and conduct security awareness training.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate security measures into the SDLC.
- Respond to security incidents and lead investigation and remediation efforts.
- Engage with partners and clients on security posture and requirements.
- Manage and maintain CIS-compliant OS images for cloud infrastructure.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 6+ years of software engineering or equivalent experience.
- Experience with core programming languages like Golang or Python.
- Strong knowledge of encryption protocols and PKI.
- Understanding of network security and secure coding principles.
- Proven experience in cloud security management (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Familiarity with security policies for corporate applications.
- Strong skills in managing security tools and vendor relationships.
- Excellent ability to develop and implement security policies.
- Understanding of blockchain principles is a plus.
