Base Salary
$211k - $259k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development of features across the entire software stack.
- Collaborate with product managers, product designers, and customer engineering teams to understand customer needs and create technical specifications.
- Mentor and guide software engineers on customer-centric design and iterative development.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality solutions.
- Use customer feedback to help continuously improve products.
Requirements
- Bachelor ’s degree in Computer Science, Automotive Engineering, or a similar field.
- At least two years of software engineering experience at an automotive technology company.
- At least two years of experience using C++, Python, Linux or Windows, Git, and MATLAB.
