Responsibilities
- Lead the technical strategy and architecture for AI-driven quality systems.
- Develop scalable systems using LLMs and behavioral signals to evaluate product quality.
- Define long-term approaches for evaluation and quality intelligence.
- Translate organizational needs into clear technical direction and roadmap priorities.
- Influence engineering standards for reliable AI systems.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives across product, infrastructure, and applied AI teams.
- Mentor engineers through technical leadership and design reviews.
- Identify opportunities for AI systems to improve product understanding and debugging.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering or machine learning engineering.
- Deep experience designing and shipping large-scale AI/ML systems in production.
- Strong expertise with LLMs, agents, and evaluation systems.
- Proven ability to lead high-impact technical initiatives across teams.
- Strong systems thinking and architectural judgment.
- Experience defining technical strategy and influencing roadmaps.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
- A track record of creating leverage through platforms and frameworks.
