Base Salary

$200k - $285k/yr

Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of perception solutions interfacing with autonomy system modules.
Analyze performance of the perception subsystem to identify and mitigate potential limitations.
Collaborate on innovative solutions for complex challenges in perception.
Optimize and deploy models to ensure they meet functional requirements.
Interface with systems, safety engineers, and data analysts for requirements and performance metrics.

Master's or Ph.D. in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Robotics, or related field.
Strong leadership skills in executing complex technical initiatives.
Track record of successful interdisciplinary work and product-focused engineering.
Broad understanding of Deep Learning algorithms and applications.
Experience designing, training, and analyzing neural networks for perception.
Fluency in Python and common deep learning libraries like PyTorch.
Advanced knowledge of software engineering principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience mentoring and leading others.
