Responsibilities
- Partner with customers to maximize the value of their Workday investments.
- Collaborate with sales prospects to define project scope and client requirements.
- Continuously improve integrations and explore opportunities for added functionality.
- Design, develop, and implement Workday integrations focused on payroll systems.
- Provide technical expertise in payroll integrations and troubleshoot data issues.
- Ensure compliance with data security and privacy policies.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for integrations.
- Manage stakeholders and project deliverables for timely implementation.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Workday Integration Consultant.
- Workday Certified in Core Connector Tools & Payroll and Integration Core.
- Experience with Prism, Studio, Extend, or custom report building is a plus.
- Strong background in consulting or project-based work.
- Demonstrated experience integrating Workday with third-party payroll systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills for complex integration issues.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on experience with Workday integration tools.
- Solid understanding of Workday business processes related to Payroll.
