Base Salary
$87k - $198k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, modify, develop, write, and implement software programming applications.
- Develop full-stack solutions spanning user interfaces, middleware, services, and APIs.
- Evaluate current architecture and operating environments while planning for future functionality and enhancements.
- Identify system improvements and resolve complex client challenges using modern architectural approaches, tools, and technologies.
- Acquire client requirements and resolve workflow problems through automation optimization.
- Use automated testing tools for testing and maintenance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing, modifying, developing, writing, and implementing software programming applications.
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience using modern frameworks and languages such as Java, Rust, React, C++, HTML, or CSS.
- Experience with SQL databases and NoSQL technologies.
- Experience working in an Agile scrum team.
- Ability to work across front-end and back-end development to deliver complete solutions.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Preferred experience with front-end fundamentals, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Preferred experience with Postgres databases.
- Preferred experience using Copilot, Cursor, Codex, or Claude Code to improve development productivity and code quality.
- Candidates must complete the required skills assessment and meet the minimum proficiency threshold.
- Applicants may need to meet U.S. government client eligibility requirements following a government investigation.
