Base Salary
$87k - $198k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, modify, develop, write, and implement software programming applications.
- Develop complete end-to-end solutions across front-end interfaces, middleware, services, APIs, and back-end systems.
- Evaluate current architecture and operating environments while planning future functionality and enhancements.
- Identify system improvements and help clients solve complex technical challenges.
- Acquire client requirements and resolve workflow problems through automation optimization.
- Use automated testing tools for testing and maintenance.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience designing, modifying, developing, writing, and implementing software programming applications.
- At least 5 years of full-stack development experience using modern frameworks and languages such as Java, Rust, React, C++, HTML, or CSS.
- Experience with SQL databases and NoSQL technologies.
- Experience working in an Agile Scrum team.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements.
- Preferred experience with front-end fundamentals including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Preferred experience with Postgres databases.
- Preferred experience using Copilot, Cursor, Codex, or Claude Code to improve software development productivity and code quality.
- Ability to work collaboratively, solve complex problems, acquire client requirements, and optimize workflows through automation.
