Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement business process management applications using the Pega Platform.
- Analyze requirements and support the design and implementation of enterprise applications.
- Coordinate technical and business aspects of software development activities across projects.
- Provide expert technical guidance, serve as a point of contact for work-stream issues, and propose solutions to potential challenges.
- Mentor technical staff and lead efforts to resolve technical issues.
- Coordinate the team’s day-to-day technical activities and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
- Participate in recruiting technical talent and support team cohesion.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience developing enterprise applications on the Pega Platform.
- Strong knowledge of declarative rules, agents, data transforms, and integrations.
- Experience with Pega Integration components, including Connectors, Services, and Data Pages.
- Familiarity with Jenkins, Git, and Pega Deployment Manager.
- Certified Pega CSA certification is required; CSSA or CLSA certification is a plus.
- Understanding of Agile delivery models and strong analytical and communication skills.
