Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack solutions for Workday, Greenhouse, Cornerstone, and related People Technology systems using Node.js and React.
- Develop Python integration scripts for data transfer and interactions between People Technology applications and AI platforms.
- Architect and deploy scalable, secure, and cost-efficient AWS solutions for RAG, MCP, A2A, and agentic AI use cases.
- Partner with Product, Design, AI/ML, and solution architecture teams to design, test, implement, and support enterprise solutions.
- Provide technical consultation, best practices, and problem resolution for People Technology and agentic AI systems.
- Maintain third-party integrations through REST and SOAP APIs and support production issues across the application stack.
- Design custom generative AI solutions using Workday Agent Tools for practical Workday use cases.
Requirements
- 9+ years of experience with Python and libraries such as Pandas and Boto3 for data manipulation, ETL, serverless functions, and AI-service integrations.
- 6+ years of experience with modern front-end frameworks and technologies including React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Python.
- Deep hands-on AWS solutioning experience with production applications using EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, and API Gateway.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as CloudFormation or Terraform.
- Proven experience building and deploying production-grade AI applications and services.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and LangSmith is preferred.
- Understanding of HR or ERP platforms is preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent years of industry experience.
- AWS cloud or ERP foundation certification is preferred.
