Base Salary
$105k - $154k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop software test plans for product feature requirements.
- Perform end-to-end QA and validation of storage management applications and software solutions.
- Design, maintain, and execute automated tests using CI/CD test automation pipelines.
- Assist field teams with debug analysis and customer issue recreation.
- Test web services API integrations and collaborate on software delivery with cross-functional teams.
- Apply project management practices including scheduling and risk management.
- Work with server, storage, networking, and data storage technologies in Linux environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or demonstrated experience.
- 5+ years of software development or storage software QA experience.
- Experience with software QA processes, methodologies, and the software development and quality assurance lifecycle.
- Experience with Python, JavaScript, Shell scripting, and other software languages.
- Working knowledge of JIRA and Confluence.
- Experience with web services API integration and CI/CD test automation pipelines.
- Knowledge of server, storage, and networking infrastructures.
- Experience collaborating in team-oriented and remote work environments.
- Familiarity with S3 Object, block devices, NFS, and SMB file systems is desirable.
- Familiarity with developing and testing software in a Linux environment is desirable.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, customer collaboration, planning, execution, and deadline-management skills.
