Base Salary
$105k - $154k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop software test plans based on product feature requirements.
- Perform end-to-end validation of storage management applications and solutions.
- Maintain and use CI/CD test automation pipelines.
- Support field teams with debugging analysis and customer issue reproduction.
- Work with server, storage, and networking infrastructure.
- Integrate and test web services APIs.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver features end to end.
- Use project management practices including scheduling and risk management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or demonstrated experience.
- 5+ years of software development or storage software QA experience.
- Experience with software QA processes, methodologies, and the software development and quality assurance lifecycle.
- Experience with Python, JavaScript, Shell scripting, and other software languages.
- Experience developing and testing software in a Linux environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with S3 Object, block devices, NFS, and SMB file systems is preferred.
- Working knowledge of server, storage, and networking infrastructures.
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
- Ability to collaborate remotely, communicate effectively, solve problems methodically, and work with customers and end users.
- Successful delivery of software applications as an individual QA engineer within a team environment.
