Responsibilities

Develop well-designed, testable, efficient frontend and backend code using Java and Angular.
Integrate software components into fully functional systems while applying security and privacy principles.
Define solution architecture for domain-specific initiatives and contribute to enterprise technology initiatives.
Research and implement architecture designs and patterns that improve business and technology outcomes.
Lead architecture governance and promote common architecture methodologies, standards, and practices.
Plan, design, and deploy enterprise data architecture in business solutions.
Drive engineering metrics, AI enablement of developer productivity, and AI/ML best practices.
Mentor teams, support multiple teams' objectives, and ensure high-quality architecture and design service delivery.
Manage and forecast the operating budget within the approved plan.

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience is required.
Advanced degree is preferred.
12+ years of experience in software development, technology, and architecture roles is required.
Experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills to support mentoring and teamwork.
Ability to ensure high-quality delivery of architecture and design services.
