Responsibilities
- Design and evolve GitOps-based continuous delivery with Argo CD and Argo Rollouts.
- Advance the Kubernetes platform on AWS EKS with security and rollout strategies.
- Leverage the developer control plane to expose paved paths and self-service actions.
- Strengthen observability and operational excellence through metrics and postmortems.
- Partner with SRE to embed reliability gates into pipelines and improve MTTD/MTTR.
- Contribute to and maintain service scaffolds and shared frameworks.
- Apply AI across diagnostics and CI/CD workflows, measuring outcomes for impact.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 4+ years in platform, infrastructure, or backend engineering with Kubernetes experience.
- Expertise in GitOps and CI/CD for multi-service systems at scale.
- Strong coding skills in Go and/or Python, with knowledge of Helm/Kustomize and Terraform.
- Solid observability skills with a track record of improving reliability.
- Experience with service mesh and traffic management patterns.
- Demonstrated AI fluency applied to the SDLC.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience evolving multi-cluster strategies and automated validation is a plus.
- Hands-on contributions to developer productivity insights are a plus.
