Responsibilities
- Design, build, and launch efficient and reliable machine learning models.
- Train and validate multi-modal, multi-task deep learning models and statistical models.
- Develop a deep understanding of the applications and the rationale behind models and systems.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to analyze business problems and define system requirements.
- Work with data platform teams to enable scalable data pipelines.
- Mentor team members and drive engineering best practices.
Requirements
- MS or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of experience in machine learning engineering.
- Strong programming skills in Python and data engineering.
- Extensive knowledge of machine learning algorithms.
- Hands-on experience with architectural patterns for large-scale software applications.
- Industry experience in building and productionizing machine learning systems.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools is a plus.
- Experience in NLP or CV is a plus.
