Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project goals and develop systematic solutions, workflows, and approaches.
- Contribute to low-level software and algorithm development.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated build or test workflows.
- Develop infrastructure, internal APIs, and developer-facing tooling for large-scale engineering projects.
- Use Python and shell scripting to create automation and workflow tools.
- Leverage AI-assisted strategies and integrate AI into production workflows to improve engineering throughput.
- Work with software observability, metrics systems, and developer productivity analytics where applicable.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree and a minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience.
- At least 3 years of experience designing, building, and maintaining production software systems and applications.
- Experience building or maintaining CI/CD pipelines and automated build or test workflows.
- Production experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
- Demonstrated use of AI engineering tools and AI-assisted development strategies.
- Preferred experience with large-scale internal APIs, developer-facing tooling, Python, shell scripting, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Buildkite, Swift, Xcode, CMake, observability, metrics systems, or developer productivity analytics.
- Strong communication skills and experience working across multiple concurrent projects and stakeholder groups.
- Bonus experience with computer vision, video processing, or machine learning data infrastructure.
