Responsibilities

Support, run, and iterate existing AI applications.
Design, develop, deploy, and maintain scalable AI applications for multiple business use cases.
Trial and test AI solutions with end users and optimize them based on feedback.
Research and analyze datasets using statistical and machine learning techniques.
Track developments in the evolving AI landscape.

Experience building solutions with large language models and a strong understanding of generative AI.
Experience designing datasets, conducting model evaluations, and fine-tuning foundation models.
Strong Python development skills and experience writing production-quality code.
Experience with JavaScript, React, HTML, and CSS.
Understanding of statistics and machine learning fundamentals.
Undergraduate degree in a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics or Computer Science, or equivalent relevant industry experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, changing, iterative, and user-focused environment.
Professional services experience is advantageous.
Experience developing cloud applications on Microsoft Azure is advantageous.
Experience with DevOps practices and tools such as CI/CD and Git is desirable.
Knowledge of or experience with secure software development practices is advantageous.
