Responsibilities

Experience leading software development teams using Agile, Lean, or Continuous methodologies.
Knowledge of delivery approaches such as TDD and continuous integration.
Familiarity with cloud technologies like AWS, Docker, or Kubernetes is a plus.
Desire to continuously learn and improve in various technical areas.
Ability to influence others and advocate for technical excellence.
Experience in bridging product and technology to translate business needs.
