Base Salary
$98k - $127k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow forms, flows, catalog items, integrations, workflows, business rules, and custom applications.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, process owners, platform engineers, Scrum Masters, and other stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions.
- Support platform upgrades, patching, deployments, and the ongoing stability of the ServiceNow environment.
- Participate in software development activities including standups, planning, backlog grooming, estimation, and quality assurance.
- Apply and enforce ServiceNow and OneGDIT best practices while troubleshooting, debugging, and documenting solutions.
Requirements
- At least seven years of ServiceNow development experience in an ITSM environment.
- At least three years of experience in prompt engineering, Now Assist, and agentic AI.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, modules, and platform capabilities.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification or the ability to obtain it within 90 days.
- Extensive experience designing forms, UI policies, client scripts, workflows, business rules, integrations, and custom applications.
- High school diploma required; an associate or bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, debugging, communication, and documentation skills.
- Must be a U.S. person.
- Preferred qualifications include Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM, Certified Application Developer - ITSM, advanced ITSM certifications, and ITIL v4 certification.
