Base Salary
$132k - $264k/yr
Responsibilities
- Deliver infrastructure, tooling, and ML framework capabilities aligned with roadmap and domain priorities.
- Drive coding, testing, deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and other full software development lifecycle activities.
- Design scalable, resilient cloud-native architectures, APIs, and modular software solutions.
- Build AI-driven applications integrating machine learning and intelligent automation features.
- Lead system design reviews and influence technical decisions and architectural direction.
- Mentor engineers, promote engineering excellence, and share knowledge through documentation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to convert complex problems into technical requirements and measurable success metrics.
- Improve processes, tools, and products through innovation and data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or a related area and 4 years of software engineering or related experience, or 6 years of software engineering or related experience.
- Preferred: Master’s degree in a related field and 2 years of software engineering or related experience.
- Expertise in cloud-native architecture, microservices, containers, and automation.
- Strong full-lifecycle software development skills, including coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Experience designing APIs and applying software design patterns to build secure, modular, and maintainable solutions.
- Proficiency with Python, Java, and JavaScript for AI/ML integration and intelligent automation.
- Ability to lead technical design reviews and mentor engineering teams.
- Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices is preferred.
