Member of Technical Staff, Fleet Reliability
Pure StorageResponsibilities
- Lead investigations and engineering solutions for emergent customer issues
- Develop services and AI tools for fleet diagnosis and protection
- Design analytics to monitor fleet health and anticipate problems
- Build a broad understanding of Pure Storage’s software stack
- Collaborate with engineering peers to resolve complex product issues
- Represent Pure Storage Engineering in customer interactions
- Participate in a worldwide on-call rotation responding to customer outages and improving uptime
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience
- SRE experience with large production environments
- Strong curiosity, attention to detail, and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to analyze complex systems and explain them simply
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
- Experience or interest in Go, Java, Python, C++, and Linux
