Responsibilities
- Lead investigations and engineering solutions for emergent issues.
- Acquire a broad and deep understanding of Pure Storage's full software stack.
- Develop services and AI tools to diagnose and protect our growing fleet.
- Design next generation analytics to monitor fleet health and anticipate new problems.
- Represent customers in presenting complex product issues and developing solutions.
- Engage with customers to enable million dollar deals.
- Participate in on-call rotation to respond to customer outages and improve uptime.
Requirements
- Natural curiosity and obsessive attention to detail.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to analyze complex systems.
- Experience in SRE with large production environments.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Go, Java, Python, C++, and Linux.
