Responsibilities
- Build performance scripts for product scalability and stability.
- Collaborate with product teams to understand functionality and write automation scripts.
- Participate in daily scrums, sprint retrospectives, and demos.
- Execute and maintain the automation test suite.
- Evaluate build quality through test results in continuously deployed environments.
- Define test data and reports for functional and non-functional requirements.
- Raise defects and work with development teams for resolution.
- Develop innovative performance tests for new components.
- Conduct system performance testing to ensure reliability and scalability.
- Generate test summary reports for management review.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of relevant experience as a developer, automation engineer, SDET, or performance engineer.
- 5+ years of experience in automated testing and continuously deployed environments.
- 5+ years of experience with defect tracking tools like JIRA.
- 5+ years of coding experience in Java with strong knowledge of OOP principles.
- 4+ years of experience with APIs and automation tools like Postman or REST Assured.
- 4+ years of experience building test automations using tools such as Selenium Webdriver.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
