Responsibilities
- Build software supporting global trading across time zones.
- Work with business users to establish and refine requirements.
- Identify and implement new technologies to improve software systems.
- Implement DevOps practices within the team using GitHub/GitLab and Jenkins.
- Provide production support, diagnose and resolve elevated application software incidents, and implement proactive remediation measures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or another technical/scientific field.
- At least eight years of object-oriented programming experience with C#/.NET.
- Significant experience with databases, primarily MS SQL Server.
- Experience writing automated and unit tests and using Test-Driven Development.
- Knowledge of design and architecture patterns, distributed systems, microservices, observability and monitoring, and Docker containerization.
- Willingness to work with a distributed development team across three time zones: the USA, Poland, and India.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Commitment to the highest ethical standards.
