Base Salary
$230k - $390k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design secure-capture protocols for payment transactions.
- Build and extend the tokenization platform with envelope encryption.
- Own the security perimeter around the cardholder-data environment.
- Implement auditable detection for cardholder data in agent interactions.
- Drive platform development for processor-agnostic charging and self-serve onboarding.
- Set technical direction and create reusable abstractions for complex problems.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in backend, platform, or infrastructure systems.
- Strong security instincts and experience with high-reliability services.
- Fluency in a systems language, preferably Go.
- Proven ability to set technical direction on ambiguous problems.
- Generalist mindset with a focus on building clean abstractions.
- Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
