Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance custom software solutions and SAP BW/4HANA data models.
- Optimize data extraction, transformation, and loading processes for efficient data flow.
- Troubleshoot complex data warehousing and reporting issues.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and multiple teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Provide subject-matter expertise, advisory input, and solutions applicable across multiple teams.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of technologies that improve software performance and maintainability.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to team decisions.
Requirements
- At least 15 years of experience in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development.
- Strong expertise designing and implementing data models in SAP BW/4HANA.
- Experience with data extraction, transformation, and loading optimization.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex data warehousing and reporting problems.
- Familiarity with SAP HANA database concepts and performance tuning.
- Strong collaboration, influencing, advisory, and stakeholder-management skills.
- 15 years of full-time education.
