Responsibilities
- Design and develop new products and solutions, along with enhancements and updates to existing systems.
- Contribute across the software development lifecycle, focusing on development, testing, troubleshooting, and debugging.
- Write software according to coding standards and best practices.
- Develop unit tests and automated test scripts using a test-driven development approach.
- Use coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot and Claude Code for code generation, review, and test creation.
- Build rapid prototypes and proof-of-concept solutions.
- Work independently and collaborate with geographically distributed teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Typically less than two years of experience developing products and platforms using UI or backend web technologies.
- Proficiency developing software with Java, Python, or other object-oriented programming languages.
- Experience with modern UI frameworks such as AngularJS or ReactJS.
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles, data structures, testing methodologies, coding best practices, and UI and backend architectures.
- Hands-on experience with RAG, generative AI technologies, and AI agent development.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, collaboration, ownership, accountability, and urgency skills.
