Responsibilities
- Implement and configure ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, FSM, ITBM, and Source to Pay modules.
- Integrate ServiceNow with other applications and systems using APIs, JavaScript, and web services.
- Develop and maintain business rules, script includes, UI actions, and Flow Designer components.
- Write and debug client-side and server-side JavaScript for ServiceNow applications.
- Customize ServiceNow interfaces using UI Pages, UI Macros, CSS, HTML, and Jelly.
- Support and troubleshoot ServiceNow instances and resolve user issues.
- Drive continuous improvement of ServiceNow implementation methodology.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into ServiceNow configurations.
- Stay current with ServiceNow features and best practices and recommend process enhancements.
- Document and maintain knowledge base articles for ServiceNow configurations and practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3–8 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, and integration.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules, APIs, and JavaScript.
- Experience with relational databases including MySQL and Oracle.
- Experience with SOAP and REST web services.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with ITIL and ITSM principles and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
- Agile/Scrum experience is preferred.
