Base Salary
$150k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Enhance existing software systems and add new functionalities.
- Maintain and upgrade application code and web UI.
- Plan for large-scale system expansion and integration.
- Interface with third parties and collaborate with internal business groups.
- Mentor and coach junior members of the investment technology team.
Requirements
- Degree in a related field such as computer science or engineering.
- 5-8 years of software engineering experience for Senior Associate level.
- 5-10 years of software engineering experience with 2-3 years in a lead role for VP level.
- Strong programming experience in Python, SQL, and ETL processes.
- Experience with AWS, Airflow, git, bash, and Jira is a strong plus.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information discreetly.
