Base Salary
$220k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build responsive, reliable websites and landing pages.
- Translate Figma designs into production code.
- Develop coding guidelines, participate in code reviews, and promote continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Improve the security, performance, stability, testing, monitoring, and release processes of web applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows and deliver cohesive user experiences.
- Build scalable systems and primitives that enable product teams to create robust web applications.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of full stack software engineering experience.
- Engineering background in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, or a similar field.
- Experience creating complex user experiences with strong design and usability judgment.
- Exceptional coding skills, especially with TypeScript and React or similar frontend technologies, and Go or similar backend technologies.
- Familiarity with data structures, loading patterns, web frameworks, and related technical concepts.
- Understanding of cryptographic systems and privacy-conscious solution design.
- Ability to work independently, learn continuously, make practical tradeoffs, and collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teammates.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to iterate quickly while incorporating feedback.
