Responsibilities
- Define the Agent / Skill / Tool architecture for the AI platform.
- Scale the context graph to enhance customer-specific intelligence.
- Build the developer experience, including agent orchestration and observability.
- Design evaluation and feedback systems to improve agent performance.
- Drive cross-division alignment and represent engineering internally and externally.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on backend systems.
- 3+ years of experience building ML or LLM-powered systems in production.
- Proven track record of technical leadership at the Principal level.
- Experience in internal platform development with a focus on developer experience.
- Strong expertise in Python, including API and data pipeline design.
