Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, maintain, troubleshoot, and document full stack applications and services using Java and Python.
- Build front-end interfaces with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and develop back-end APIs and services.
- Design and consume RESTful APIs connecting front-end and back-end components.
- Integrate and fine-tune AI/LLM-based features in applications.
- Build and maintain RPA workflows using applicable automation tools.
- Design, query, and maintain relational databases while ensuring data integrity and performance.
- Collaborate with designers and product stakeholders on accessible, responsive, user-friendly UI/UX.
- Write unit and integration tests and resolve bugs and production issues.
- Assist with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps automation, application deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Work across Linux/Ubuntu and Windows Server environments and use Git for version control, code reviews, and pull requests.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and cross-functional meetings.
- Develop design systems, interactive wireframes, prototypes, UX research, usability testing, and application performance improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
- Working knowledge of Java and Python.
- Basic front-end development experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; React, Angular, or Vue experience is a plus.
- Understanding of RESTful API design and integration, relational databases, SQL, and schema design.
- Foundational understanding of AI/LLM concepts and practical applications.
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles and best practices.
- Exposure to DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD and containerization.
- Experience with or exposure to RPA tools such as Brity Works, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate.
- Experience with Linux/Ubuntu and Windows Server environments.
- Familiarity with Git and collaborative version-control workflows.
- Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodology.
- Strong problem-solving, learning, communication, and collaboration skills.
- English-Korean bilingual communication skills are preferred.
