Base Salary

$77k - $77k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, maintain, troubleshoot, and document full stack applications and services using Java and Python.
  • Build front-end interfaces with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and develop back-end APIs and services.
  • Design and consume RESTful APIs connecting front-end and back-end components.
  • Integrate and fine-tune AI/LLM-based features in applications.
  • Build and maintain RPA workflows using applicable automation tools.
  • Design, query, and maintain relational databases while ensuring data integrity and performance.
  • Collaborate with designers and product stakeholders on accessible, responsive, user-friendly UI/UX.
  • Write unit and integration tests and resolve bugs and production issues.
  • Assist with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps automation, application deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Work across Linux/Ubuntu and Windows Server environments and use Git for version control, code reviews, and pull requests.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and cross-functional meetings.
  • Develop design systems, interactive wireframes, prototypes, UX research, usability testing, and application performance improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
  • Working knowledge of Java and Python.
  • Basic front-end development experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; React, Angular, or Vue experience is a plus.
  • Understanding of RESTful API design and integration, relational databases, SQL, and schema design.
  • Foundational understanding of AI/LLM concepts and practical applications.
  • Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles and best practices.
  • Exposure to DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD and containerization.
  • Experience with or exposure to RPA tools such as Brity Works, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate.
  • Experience with Linux/Ubuntu and Windows Server environments.
  • Familiarity with Git and collaborative version-control workflows.
  • Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodology.
  • Strong problem-solving, learning, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • English-Korean bilingual communication skills are preferred.

  • Salary of approximately $76,900 per year or more, depending on experience.
