Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, maintain, and troubleshoot full-stack applications and services using Java and Python.
- Build and maintain responsive front-end interfaces with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks.
- Design and consume RESTful APIs connecting front-end and back-end components.
- Support the integration and fine-tuning of AI/LLM-based application features.
- Build and maintain RPA workflows for repetitive business-process automation.
- Design, query, and maintain relational databases while ensuring data integrity and performance.
- Implement accessible, responsive interfaces, wireframes, prototypes, and user-friendly UI/UX.
- Write unit and integration tests and resolve bugs and production issues.
- Assist with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps automation, application deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Use Git, participate in code reviews and pull requests, document technical processes, and collaborate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
- Working knowledge of Java and Python.
- Basic front-end development experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; React, Angular, or Vue experience is a plus.
- Understanding of RESTful API design and integration, relational databases, SQL, and schema design.
- Foundational understanding of AI/LLM concepts and practical applications.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles, performance optimization, user engagement, and usability testing.
- Exposure to DevOps practices, CI/CD, containerization, Linux/Ubuntu, and Windows Server.
- Experience with or exposure to RPA tools such as Brity Works, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate.
- Familiarity with Git, collaborative version control workflows, and Agile/Scrum development.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and learning skills.
- English-Korean bilingual communication skills are preferred.
