Base Salary
$89k - $100k/yr
Responsibilities
- Assist with designing, configuring, and building custom Power Apps.
- Develop basic Power Automate workflows for notifications, approvals, data synchronization, and other business processes.
- Configure data structures, tables, relationships, and security components in Microsoft Dataverse and SharePoint.
- Provide initial technical support and troubleshoot existing applications, workflows, and internal technology solutions.
- Support application enhancements, updates, and improvements.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 and related business tools.
- Create and maintain documentation covering application designs, workflow logic, configurations, processes, and user guidance.
- Support accurate, accessible, and consistent data organization and configuration.
- Collaborate with project teams, customers, and technical personnel to understand requirements and support solutions.
- Continue developing proficiency in Power Platform capabilities and low-code/no-code application architecture.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust designation are required.
- A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical training, technical education, or bootcamp experience is required.
- Requires 1–3 years of experience with software development concepts, database design, Microsoft 365 environments, or related technical disciplines.
- Familiarity with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI is required.
- Understanding of relational database concepts such as SQL Server, Microsoft Access, or Microsoft Dataverse is required.
- Basic exposure to Excel formulas or programming and scripting concepts such as JavaScript, HTML, or PowerFx is preferred.
- Experience maintaining Microsoft Dataverse environments, including data modeling and security configuration, is preferred.
- Federal government experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, documentation, and attention-to-detail skills are expected.
