Responsibilities
- Design and develop backend services and APIs using .NET and TypeScript.
- Build and optimize TypeScript-based agents for phone and chat communication experiences.
- Integrate AI agent solutions with existing systems and infrastructure.
- Write maintainable, well-documented code and participate in code reviews.
- Troubleshoot production issues and support system reliability and performance.
- Contribute to scalable backend architecture for high-volume communication workflows.
- Participate in ongoing learning and professional development.
- Participate in an on-call rotation, potentially including nights and weekends, if required by the team.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional software development experience after graduation.
- Proficiency with .NET and TypeScript or Node.js.
- Strong understanding of backend development principles and GraphQL.
- Ability to write clean, well-documented code and collaborate effectively.
- Experience with Sierra AI or similar agentic communication platforms is preferred.
- Experience with IVR or IVA systems is preferred.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization technologies is preferred.
- Experience with AI or machine learning-driven applications is preferred.
