Responsibilities
- Define, align, implement, baseline, and monitor project VnV strategies.
- Define strategies for automated testing, regression testing, and penetration testing.
- Establish test processes, procedures, tools, and test-environment boundaries including SIL and HIL.
- Review customer, stakeholder, and system requirements and ensure engineering processes are followed.
- Advise teams on technical aspects, test methods, and test techniques.
- Ensure ASPICE compliance across VnV-relevant modules and provide timely reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electronics, mechatronics, or computer science.
- At least four years of experience in automotive testing and embedded test or automotive software development.
- Good understanding of microcontrollers and embedded systems.
- Mandatory experience with CAN, V-model, ASPICE, HiL/SiL, CAPL, and Python scripting.
- Experience with system and software testing, automated testing, AI-powered test automation, ECU flashing sequences, and relevant test tools and facilities.
- Preferred experience with LIN, UWB, NFC, BLE, DV/PV/homologation processes, and Vector VT System.
- ISTQB Foundation and Test Architect qualifications are preferred.
- Knowledge of security and safety concepts, strong communication skills, English proficiency, self-discipline, motivation, and teamwork.
