[IT Delivery Center] Test Automation Engineer

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain automated test suites covering functional and non-functional requirements across acceptance and deployment stages.
- Execute automated and exploratory testing, including UI, backend-service, acceptance, regression, sanity, and performance testing.
- Maintain an automation ratio of approximately 80% and integrate test suites into CI/CD pipelines.
- Create, apply, and refine test strategies, test plans, and acceptance criteria for comprehensive coverage.
- Debug code, troubleshoot issues across application layers, and perform root cause analysis on defects and performance issues.
- Collaborate with software engineers, architects, development managers, business analysts, product owners, and testing teams.
- Provide regular updates to the Team Manager and build working relationships with IT and non-IT stakeholders.
- Develop working knowledge of ComLIMS-Quotation, its underlying models, concepts, processes, and team practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least three years of software testing experience with a strong focus on automation and proven manual testing skills.
- Thorough understanding of acceptance, regression, sanity, exploratory, functional, technical, and boundary-case testing.
- Proficiency in test automation using object-oriented languages such as Java or C#.
- Experience with UI automation tools such as Selenium or WebdriverIO.
- Ability to test REST web services and Enterprise Service Bus queuing patterns through automation.
- Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices for integrating testing into development processes.
- Experience debugging code, troubleshooting across application layers, and analyzing defects and performance issues.
- Preferred experience with SpecFlow/Reqnroll, JBehave, Cucumber.js, PowerShell, Shell, Bash, Git, Azure DevOps Pipelines, Jenkins, JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, JavaScript, TypeScript, relational databases, and SQL.
- Experience testing backend services developed using Domain-Driven Design and interpreting performance test results.
- Fluent written and spoken English and conversational Vietnamese; Mandarin or French is preferred.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with distributed, multilingual teams.
