Responsibilities
- Research emerging technologies, trends, and challenges in artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and agentic AI systems.
- Support innovation initiatives using AI to improve business processes and Entrust’s digital security solutions.
- Design and build proof-of-concepts, pilots, and prototypes.
- Research and validate security controls, best practices, and solution concepts for AI-powered systems and digital agents.
- Collaborate with AI, security, engineering, and product teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Develop AI applications, automations, and integrations under the guidance of senior team members.
- Test and evaluate AI-based solutions for reliability, effectiveness, and business alignment.
- Document experiments, prototypes, findings, and recommendations.
- Stay current with AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, and digital identity developments.
Requirements
- Recent engineering graduate with a degree in Computer Science or an equivalent degree or experience.
- Strong critical-thinking skills for analyzing complex problems and evaluating solutions.
- Familiarity with generative AI technologies and practical experience building AI agents programmatically or with tools such as Codex, GitHub Copilot, or Claude Code.
- Familiarity with AI development frameworks and platforms such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, Anthropic SDK, or Microsoft Foundry.
- Proficiency with Git, Docker, Linux operating systems, and scripting.
- Hands-on expertise in at least two object-oriented programming languages, preferably Go and/or Python.
- Knowledge of design patterns and UML.
