Responsibilities
- Identify, define, and execute innovation projects with cross-functional teams across Entrust’s security product segments.
- Design, develop, and implement solutions integrating AI technologies, including generative AI and agentic AI systems.
- Build and optimize REST APIs for communication between application components and microservices.
- Support the innovation pipeline from Pilot through MVP to Production using AI/ML technologies.
- Design scalable and efficient solutions using continuous integration and delivery principles and cloud platforms.
- Create technical documentation and establish testing practices to support system clarity, usability, and reliability.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience with generative AI technologies and practical AI-agent development using programming or AI coding tools.
- Understanding of AI-agent architecture, tool orchestration, memory, planning, evaluation, MCP, and A2A protocols.
- Familiarity with LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, Anthropic SDK, Microsoft Foundry, or comparable tools.
- Proficiency with Git, Docker, Linux operating systems, and scripting.
- At least two years of programming experience across three or more object-oriented languages, preferably Go and/or Python, including design patterns and UML.
- Familiarity with REST API design and implementation and with SQL and NoSQL database design, including PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
- Degree in Computer Science or an equivalent degree or experience.
- Strong critical-thinking, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
