Base Salary
$171k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and ship customer-facing features from initial concept through rollout and iteration based on customer feedback.
- Define and evolve data contracts between the AI agent and Brex’s financial system of record.
- Create feedback and evaluation loops to gather product signals and improve product fixes, surfaces, and workflows.
- Run experiments involving UI flows, prompt-driven product changes, and new review modes, using data to guide decisions.
- Speak directly with customers and reviewers and use their feedback to prioritize product development.
Requirements
- Strong track record of shipping customer-facing features end-to-end across backend and frontend.
- Product mindset focused on users, workflows, and outcomes, with comfort engaging directly with customers.
- Bias toward action and experience operating in ambiguous environments where new products had to be created and shipped.
- Ability to work across team boundaries and challenge decisions involving agent design, UX, and data models.
- Strong backend foundation in system design, data modeling, and API design, with willingness to build UI when needed.
