Base Salary
$171k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and ship customer-facing features in production from concept to rollout.
- Define and evolve data contracts between the agent and Brex's financial system.
- Establish feedback and evaluation loops to gather product signals and implement fixes.
- Run experiments on customer-facing behavior and make data-driven decisions.
- Engage with customers and reviewers to inform product development and prioritization.
Requirements
- Proven experience in shipping customer-facing features across backend and frontend.
- Strong product mindset with a focus on user workflows and outcomes.
- Demonstrated bias towards action and ability to operate in ambiguous environments.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and challenge decisions when necessary.
- Solid backend skills in system design, data modeling, and API development.
