Responsibilities
- Drive velocity and key opportunities across a highly matrixed organization.
- Lead significant technology initiatives end-to-end, including horizontal architectural layers.
- Design and implement durable, robust, scalable, secure, and highly available software solutions.
- Build full-stack applications using front-end, back-end, cloud, and AI technologies.
- Apply AI technologies to customer problems, user experiences, and backend solutions.
- Evaluate and measure the accuracy of AI-powered solutions.
- Mentor team members and influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams across time zones.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience developing systems or software for large business environments.
- 5+ years of experience designing complex distributed systems, management products, or business applications.
- Full-stack development experience with AI technologies and tools.
- Experience with React, Angular, SwiftUI, Kotlin, Java, TypeScript, Spring, or Express.
- Experience with AI technologies such as SageMaker, Vertex, LangChain, large language models, prompt engineering, Dialogflow, and Python.
- At least 1 year of experience working on teams that built AI-native applications.
- Prior experience in a cloud computing environment such as AWS or GCP is highly desired.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related area.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, mentoring, collaboration, and independent decision-making skills.
- Understanding of AI models, AI model types, their tradeoffs, and tools for applying AI to real-world applications.

- Expected New York base pay range is $202,500-$274,000.
