Base Salary
$121k - $266k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack applications including OIGChat enhancements, AI pilot applications, data platform interfaces, and investigative analytics tools.
- Build responsive and accessible front-end interfaces using React, Vue, or Angular.
- Develop back-end services, APIs, and integrations using Python, Node.js, or .NET with Azure AI, search, indexing, Databricks, and enterprise data platforms.
- Build CI/CD pipelines, repositories, infrastructure-as-code artifacts, automated tests, and deployment traceability using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or equivalent tooling.
- Develop data catalog, data discovery, access request, workflow automation, and collaborative workspace features.
- Implement logging, monitoring, performance tracking, error handling, and security controls for production applications.
- Support geospatial analytics, visualization dashboards, graph/network analysis interfaces, and specialized investigative capabilities.
- Coordinate releases, transition prototypes to production, and conduct comprehensive testing including UAT coordination.
- Create technical documentation, user guides, demonstrations, FAQs, troubleshooting resources, and release notes.
- Collaborate with government stakeholders, product owners, AI engineers, data engineers, and UX specialists in Agile/Scrum teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in lieu of education.
- At least 13 years of experience in software development, full-stack engineering, or a related field.
- Strong full-stack development experience with React, Vue, or Angular and Python, Node.js, .NET, or Java.
- Experience developing cloud-native applications on Azure, AWS, or GCP, including application services, functions, API management, storage, and PaaS integrations.
- Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git/GitHub, automated testing, infrastructure as code, and DevSecOps practices.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and with user-centered, iterative, cross-functional development.
- Willingness and ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
- Preferred experience with Azure OpenAI, LangChain, RAG architectures, Databricks, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Preferred experience with Azure Government, AWS GovCloud, federal security requirements, ATO processes, and compliance controls.
- Federal government, law enforcement, investigative, or national security application experience is preferred.
