Base Salary
$87k - $198k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, modify, develop, write, and implement software applications using agile methods.
- Develop complete end-to-end solutions using front-end and back-end languages.
- Write source code for new applications and enhance code samples for existing applications.
- Help clients resolve complex challenges through architectural approaches, tools, and technologies.
- Evaluate current architecture and operating environments while planning for future functionality and enhancements.
- Acquire client requirements and resolve workflow problems through automation optimization.
- Use automated testing tools for software testing and maintenance.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience in software development, programming applications, technologies, tools, or web development stacks.
- Experience with software engineering, product management, software products, and collaborative cross-functional problem solving.
- Experience with one or more of Java, Python, C#, C, C++, .NET, JavaScript, NodeJS, PHP, Drupal, or React.
- DHS suitability is required, and selected applicants may need to meet additional U.S. government client eligibility requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree or eight years of software engineering experience in lieu of a degree.
- A master’s degree is preferred.
- Candidates must complete the required skills assessment and meet the minimum proficiency threshold.

- The projected annualized salary range is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 USD.
- Employees working virtually may occasionally need to work at a Booz Allen or customer facility, and hybrid or onsite work follows leadership and customer-facility expectations.
