Responsibilities

Design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, and Flows.
Own end-to-end delivery of features from design to post-launch support.
Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems.
Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements and provide technical guidance.
Provide demos of development to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
Design and implement robust data models and automation processes.
Participate in code reviews and maintain high code quality standards.
Support operational excellence through on-call rotations and issue resolution.
Document technical designs and processes for clarity and auditability.
Mentor junior developers on Salesforce engineering best practices.

4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer or similar role.
Deep understanding of Salesforce platform concepts including Apex and LWC.
Experience designing complex Salesforce solutions in Service Cloud or Sales Cloud.
Strong experience with integrations using REST APIs and middleware platforms.
Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals and design patterns.
Experience working in a product-aligned engineering team.
Familiarity with modern engineering practices like version control and CI/CD.
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience working with geographically distributed teams.
