Responsibilities
- Enhance computational infrastructure and algorithms using NLP expertise.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address NLP challenges.
- Manage and curate large datasets for training and evaluation.
- Monitor and analyze system performance metrics for optimization.
- Incorporate advancements in NLP and Generative AI to maintain competitive edge.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software experience with 2+ years in AI or machine learning systems.
- Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of delivering AI systems to production.
- Strong working knowledge of LLMs and their management.
- Hands-on experience with evaluation frameworks for LLM-based systems.
- Experience in building and maintaining distributed backend services for ML/AI applications.
- Strong grasp of computer science fundamentals.
