Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of scalable Flutter mobile applications for iOS and Android.
- Build and maintain clean, modular code using Flutter and Dart.
- Integrate REST APIs, GraphQL, push notifications, and other native mobile functionality.
- Deliver pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces aligned with UX/UI guidelines and design systems.
- Drive code quality through testing, CI/CD pipelines, peer reviews, and development best practices.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously optimize mobile application performance.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA, and DevOps teams across locations.
- Contribute to technical design decisions and mentor junior developers.
- Use AI-driven tools and methodologies to enhance application functionality and performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Deep Flutter and Dart expertise with a strong portfolio or production-level mobile applications.
- Strong understanding of Flutter architecture and state-management approaches such as Bloc, Riverpod, and Provider.
- Experience integrating backend systems using REST, JSON, OAuth, and GraphQL.
- Understanding of mobile-specific challenges including responsiveness, animations, offline support, and state management.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and version control, including GitHub Actions, Bitrise, and Git.
- Experience with native mobile development using Swift or Kotlin.
- Knowledge of Firebase, mobile analytics, crash reporting, or A/B testing.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Machine learning knowledge is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
